Robert Adler passed away

You might be wondering who is this great person. He is very important man in our day to day daily life. After you come home sitting on sofa you will get his invention and seat their for another 10 hours.

Yes its your 'TV remote' control.

Robert developed this amazing invention in 1953 Zenith Space Command remote control. He owns more than 180 U.S patents.

Robert passed away at Boise nursing home due to heart failure, he was 93.

Movie - Office Space (1999)

Yesterday I saw movie 'Office Space' starting beautiful 'Jennifer Aniston' and 'Ron Livingston'.

This movie is all about life at work . Starting from leaving for office and time and frustration we get till we reach office. The kind of people we interact each day. Everybody thinks their job is *** & *****.

In short story is about software friends who work for a IT company for Y2K problem and things happen around.

If you have worked for couple of big "MN C's" you may find at least one thing happened with you or happened around you.

Very good movie and end of movie is really good one to watch.

Yoga

Lots of snow and nothing to do besides orkuting ( i want to quit orkut but cannot :( ), so decided to join YMCA madison and its really a nice place and very friendly people. http://www.madisonymca.org/ ,was going through fitness schedule http://www.madisonymca.org/content.php?pid=53 and found out Buttenheim was booked for 'Yoga' for wednesday and friday.
I always heard people saying yoga is really good for mental and physical strenght but I never tried it before.
So went to buttenheim on monday and to my surprise there are lots of people shown up.
Instructor was very nice and gave us basic advise about yoga and importance of breathing at time of exercise.
I googled yoga and found of below link http://www.yogasite.com/postures.html it gives you postures and other useful information about yoga.
I have been to these classes 2-3 times and believe me it feels good after only 1 hour of workout, Yoga is not like other cardio or steps which will burn 500 to 600 calories but yoga will help to work on whole body. My personal experience is after cardio or weights you will feel tired but not after this. You will feel very nice and all your work tension will go away
I wish i could have started Yoga, when I was young ( hey I am not that old... getting older). But is always better to be late then never... So I am very happy joining this class.
If you havn't tried Yoga before, I would suggest join a class and you sure will find difference.
